Shimmer Dragonfly Pin
Another creation for the "Wild Things" show.
The body is black iridescent seed beads, with clear, black-lined iridescent
beads for the wings. I used black wire to put it together.

Gecko Pin
This guy was made as a special request, and
is just plain cute! Just about 3" long, made from brass-lined iridescent
seed beads & copper-colored wire. I chose a slightly larger bead
for the black eyes to make them "bug out" realistically. |

Nouveau Blue
A rich teal blue bottle with a cobalt accent
sets off the teal seed beads, which drape from a bugle bead centerpiece,
finished with a teal teardrop. The edges are highlighted with silverlined
seed beads, and the cork continues the motif in cobalt and teal peyote
stitch, finished with another teardrop.
It reminds me of a drawing by Erte'. |

Fontana
"Fontana" is Italian for fountain, and that's
what this little bottle became. Iridescent, seafoam and clear teal
seed beads surge up and cascade down the curves of the bottle like water
in a fountain. |

First Blush of Spring
A crystal bud vase embellished with clear
luster-finished and blush pink seed beads and blush-pink fire-polished
crystals. |

Cascadia
This vase is glass made from Mt. St. Helens
ash. The spiral-patterned fringe represents hoarfrost on a clear
winter morning in the Cascade Mountains, and is made from iridescent beads
with different finishes. |
