How do you install these guys? Read on...
To install animated cursors:  First you will need to unzip the files, using WinZip or a similar program. Then copy the files to your Windows>Cursors folder. Then choose "Start > Settings > Control Panel > Mouse" and click on the "Pointers" tab. 

Select a pointer, for example "Busy", or "Working in Background" & click on "Browse". Then choose a cursor from your Cursors folder. A single click will give you a preview in the bottom left corner. The animation is a little bit slow, but animated cursors actually run a lot faster, depending on the speed of your computer. After you've selected the one you want, click"Open" and click "OK".
