Jeannie's site has beautiful graphics, helpful tutorials and more, including the Texas Rose Graphics Forum, where you can get your graphics/html questions answered and enjoy conversations with friendly folks!  I'm an Assistant Manager there.

Give Credit Where Credit is Due!
You see these buttons here & there throughout my pages - it's all about giving proper credit on the same page, with a link back to the author when you use someone else's graphics (like mine) on your pages.  Follow this link, and you'll find a new featured set every week, plus wise advice on graphics use on the web.

Web Prestige
Why it's a bad idea to link directly to someone's graphics instead of downloading them to your own server.

The Simple Filters Page
Filters for Paint Shop Pro, PhotoImpact and Photoshop.  As advertised, these filters perform very simple actions, but the results can be spectacular!  I used them in building many of my graphic elements, including the ones on this page.

Blade Pro is a fantastic filter for PSP - add shape, color & texture in just a couple of clicks!

Dierks List of Animated Cursors
What is probably the ultimate repository of animated cursors!  Also, the utilities so you can create your own (careful -- its known to be habit-forming!), plus troubleshooting help.

Bend's Cursor Page
Another great cursor archive.  Also cursor competitions.

BruB
Martin's animated cursors are incredible.   The site is in french, but just look for the "Curseurs" and you'll be fine.

An entertaining site & newsletter, about getting the best out of your computer and the internet, plus reviews and news.

Neat Net Tricks
Great site, with tips on the neat & useful things you never knew about your computer & the internet.  You can subscribe to their newsletter.

Web Pages that Suck
No, really!  Teaching good web design by showing you bad examples.  Plus good advice & some free goodies!

Annoyances
This site lists the many annoyances with Windows (95, 98, NT & 2000) and  workarounds for most of them! A fascinating site.

Death to Spam!
How to deal with unsolicited email in a positive manner, including how to find the perpatrators who give a "dummy" address.  (He's also got some good shareware graphics applications too!)

Xenu Link Sleuth
A freeware program that will check your site for broken links, images, etc.  I love it!

Scanning Tips
Good tips on how to get the best from your scanner.
